Black-Eyed Pea Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. jambalaya mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and sausage.
    Saute onion and bell pepper with meat.
    Drain fat; add peas with juice, tomatoes and jambalaya mix with just enough water to keep from sticking.
    Simmer 20 minutes, until done.
