Cinnamon Buns(Basic Sweet Dough) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 9 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. butter
6 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
2 to 4 lb. light brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves (optional)
1 large box raisins (optional)

Preparation

In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat milk, water and butter to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0 (very warm).
With mixer at low speed, gradually pour liquid into dry ingredients.
Increase speed and beat in eggs and 2 cups of flour.
Gradually stir in enough flour (4 1/4 cups approximately) to make soft dough.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic (10 minutes approximately).
Shape dough into ball and place in large, greased bowl, turning over so top is greased. Cover with towel and let rise until doubled (1 hour).
Punch down dough and divide into number of baking pans you wish to use.
Cover dough with towel for 15 minutes.
