Rapidrise Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, the yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Heat water, milk and margarine to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0; stir into flour mixture.
    Stir in egg.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Sprinkle a clean surface with flour; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
    Lightly grease a cookie sheet and shape dough into a round loaf; place on sheet.
    Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
