Basil Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 1/2 to 6-inch long) French rolls, Ranch rolls or hoagie buns, split
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place rolls, cut sides up, on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Spread margarine on rolls; top with cheese and basil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
