Janet'S Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
20 prepared meatballs or make your own
1 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans
1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. minced dried onion or fresh (1 small one)
1 tsp. basil
1 large bay leaf
1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

In a 4-quart pan, combine water, frozen meatballs, undrained beans, beef bouillon granules, onion, basil and bay leaf.
Bring to boiling.
Add spaghetti.
Simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
Stir in drained mixed vegetables and undrained chopped or crushed tomatoes.
Heat.
Serve with Parmesan cheese or grated sharp cheese, Monterey Jack, Swiss or cheese of your choice.
