Chicken Paprika(Serves 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
    2 onions, finely diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 bunch dill, finely diced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. paprika
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute the onions in the oil.
    Stir in paprika and cayenne pepper.
    Add the chicken and tomato.
    Season with salt.
    Add the cauliflower.
    Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
    (Do not add water as the chicken will release sufficient liquid for the purpose.)
    Blend the sour cream, flour and a little water.
    Add to the chicken mixture.
    Boil the noodles in salted water.
    Heat the butter.
    Add the dill.
    Pour over noodles.
    Serve the chicken mixture over the noodles.
