Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium white potatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    peanut butter
    nuts
    cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until done.
    Drain and mash them.
    Beat in enough sugar to make the potatoes as thick as pie dough consistency.
    Roll out on board sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread with peanut butter, nuts and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion and slice to desired thickness.
