Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. whipped Carnation milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Heat together the juice from the pineapple and enough water to make 1 cup hot liquid.
    Add lemon Jell-O and grated cheese.
    Chill until thick, then fold in whipped Carnation milk, mayonnaise and pineapple.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
