Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Combine sugar, oil, eggs and zucchini.
Add vanilla and sifted ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Makes 2 loaf pans or 4 medium pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
