Cucumber-Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. finely chopped, seeded, pared cucumber
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, cucumber, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
    Cover; chill 30 minutes.
    Serve over lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet green peppers, celery, cucumbers or carrots.
    Makes 4 servings.
