Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
    In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, then slowly add the dry ingredients to the liquid bowl.
    Mix well.
    Flour and grease loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 loaves.
