Ingredients

4 c. (29 oz.) red tomatoes
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 to 1/2 small onion, scraped
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
together and chill several hours before serving.
Cut tomatoes in half. Serve in a bowl and use a spoon to drink
the
juice.
(The
juice
is as good as the tomatoes.)
