Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large potatoes, sliced
    1 green pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place vegetables in a greased casserole dish in alternate layers.
    Add milk, seasonings and cheese.
    Cover dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
