Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. mincemeat
2 beaten eggs
1 can tomato soup
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shortening

Preparation

Cream together the shortening and sugar.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend the flour mixture into the shortening and sugar.
Add the mincemeat, eggs (beaten), tomato soup and chopped nuts.
Blend together well.
Pour into Bundt pan which has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
