Escarole And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh escarole, washed and torn
    2 cans white beans, drained well
    1/4 c. olive oil
    garlic, minced to taste
    salt and pepper
    dash of red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Place oil in pan along with escarole, salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper.
    Stir together, cover and cook over low heat.
    Escarole will wilt and cook down.
    Drain beans well!!
    Add to escarole and stir together; adjust seasoning.
    Heat until beans are warmed.
