Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    2 T. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 T. melted reduced fat butter
    1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for one hour.
    Stir at 15 minute intervals.
    Serve as a hot dessert a la mode.
