Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. finely shredded carrots
    2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl; mix together.
    Add carrots, oil and eggs.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
