Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts preferred)
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
    Combine all ingredients. Roll in additional chopped nuts. Makes 1 large or 2 small balls.
