Corn Bread Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. yellow corn meal
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. dry milk powder
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Crisco
Preparation

Combine corn meal, flour, milk powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in Crisco until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Store in covered airtight container in cool place up to 6 weeks.
Stir mix lightly into measuring cup and level off with a knife.
