Layered Ham And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/3 c. green or ripe olives, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg. (12 oz.) wide noodles, cooked as to pkg. directions
crushed potato chips or seasoned bread crumbs for topping
Preparation

Combine meats, vegetables, eggs, pimento and olives.
Mix 2 cans of soup.
Place a layer of noodles in a well-buttered casserole dish (2 1/2 to 3-quart size).
Add a layer of meat mixture and a layer of soup.
Alternate layers until all ingredients have been used, ending with soup.
Top with crushed potato chips or seasoned bread crumbs.
