Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Boil sliced carrots until tender; drain.
Mix dry ingredients. Add tomato soup, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour mixture over carrots, onion and bell pepper.
Marinate overnight.
