Baked Carrots And Sweet Basil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1/4 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Scrape, peel and slice carrots and place in a baking dish. In a pan mix hot water, salt, margarine, minced onion and sweet basil.
Mix together and pour over carrots.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 until carrots are done.
