Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    squeeze Parkay
    2 cans sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Spread Parkay into bottom of a casserole dish. Place whole wafers in bottom of dish, filling in spaces with crushed wafers. In a bowl, mix lemon juice and milk. Add half of the Cool Whip. Pour into the casserole dish. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Keep in the refrigerator. This freezes well.
