Oatmeal Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a large bowl; set aside.
    Combine eggs, applesauce, raisins, oil and milk in a bowl.
    Make a well in reserved flour mixture.
    Stir in applesauce mixture by hand into flour until flour is just moistened.
    Grease 1 loaf pan.
    Turn batter into pan.
