Mild Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    3 large onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    2 cans (28 oz.) tomato puree
    5 cans (16 oz.) kidney beans (light or dark), drained
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 envelopes chili seasoning mix
    3 cans (28 oz.) water
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions in skillet; discard grease. Mix all ingredients in large cooking pot and simmer for 2 hours or until thoroughly cooked and blended. Serves 10.
