Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter (margarine)
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
5 to 6 oz. hot, boiled noodles (uncooked)
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
Add meat and brown.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the soup.
Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream.
Heat through.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over noodles.
Also can be served over toast, potatoes or elbow or ziti.
