California Presbyterian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, halved or quartered
    8 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
Preparation
    Marinate
    bite-size chicken pieces in olive oil, garlic and herbs
    for\ta
    few\thours.\tSaute onion in olive oil; add chicken (and
    its
    marinade)
    and
    saute until done.
    Toss in large serving
    bowl
    with 3/4 pound of hot fettuccine and all the remaining ingredients.
    The Feta cheese will melt a bit.
