Soy Sauce Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/2 diced green pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or small clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked *
Preparation
    Cook first 6 items together slowly for 5 minutes.
    Place cooled rice in casserole.
    Pour sauce over rice and mix together. Add almonds, if desired.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
