Pineapple Casserole(Great Served With Ham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 sleeve Town House crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain
    both cans of pineapple, keeping 8 tablespoons of juice. Add
    sugar\tand
    flour
    to 8 tablespoons of juice.\tMix together. Combine with pineapple and add Cheddar cheese.
    Mix all together and
    put
    in baking casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30
    minutes. At this time, have butter melted and crackers crushed.
    Mix crackers
    and butter together and add to top of casserole.\tBake an additional 30 minutes for total of 1 hour baking time. Can also be made in advance and refrigerated.
