Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. dried apricots, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add
alternately
with
water and vanilla.
Stir in apricots and nuts.\tBake in well-greased small bread cans or 4 well-greased No. 2 round cans.
Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
