Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef brisket
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (enough to make paste)
Preparation
    Mix spices.
    Rub on meat.
    Wrap in foil and bake in pan for 8 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Remove, unwrap and place in refrigerator.
    When cold, slice.
