Wild Rice Baked In Consomme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw wild rice
    1 can undiluted condensed consomme
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Place rice in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add consomme; let stand 3 hours.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, adding a little water if rice becomes too dry.
