Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light or dark Karo syrup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl, making sure sugar is well dissolved.
    Pour into pie shell; bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes longer.
