Reduced-Fat Pie Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Equal Measure or 3 packets Equal sweetener
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cold margarine, cut into pieces
5 to 5 1/2 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation

Combine flour, Equal and salt in medium bowl; cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing lightly with a fork after each additional until a dough is formed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
