Casserole For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 c. grated cheese (Muenster)
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. sausage, cut into small pieces
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cube bread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put sausage and cheese over bread.
    Beat the eggs, milk and mustard together and pour over ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
