Mexican Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 can red chili beans
1 can hot sauce
1 small can corn, drain water
green pepper (if desired)
grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. soft tortillas (buy in meat department, Orbit brand or Chapala)
1 cut up onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook meat; drain fat.
Add soup, beans, onion, hot sauce and corn; mix well and cook together for a few minutes.
In large baking dish, put layer of tortillas, layer of mixture, top with cheese and continue these layers until mixture is used and top again with cheese.
Place in oven until cheese is well melted.
