Quick Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium cucumber, chopped (skin on)
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions including tops, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
    1 c. chicken broth ( I use canned)
    2 Tbsp. pure vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried sweet basil
    dash of hot sauce
    sour cream
    cucumber slices
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients;
    refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight
    is
    better.
    To\tserve,\tladle into small bowls and garnish
    with sour cream and cucumber slice.
    Good to have for a Fourth of July picnic.
