Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick oleo
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, Crisco and oleo; cream well.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add flour, milk, soda and vanilla.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and coconut.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
