Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices bread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs, beaten (or egg substitute)
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Layer 1/2 of the bread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Put in all the cream cheese.
Put in the rest of the bread.
Mix beaten eggs, maple syrup, milk, cinnamon sugar and vanilla.
Pour over bread, cover with plastic wrap overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup or fruit.
Serves 8.
