Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 medium tomato, skinned and chopped finely
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. picante sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Peel avocados; remove pits and reserve one pit.
    Mash pulp with fork.
    Add lime juice, tomato, onion and salt.
    Add picante sauce, if desired.
    Mix well.
    Place avocado pit on top of guacamole.
    Cover and refrigerate; remove pit when ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
