Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. Weight Watchers sharp cheese, grated
2 c. coarse buttered bread crumbs (margarine)
1 c. low-fat milk
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 eggs
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)
Preparation

Layer broccoli and nuts.
Mix together the eggs, soup, soup mix, milk and mayonnaise.
Add mix to broccoli and nuts.
Sprinkle cheese on top first, then the bread crumbs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Better if you make ahead and let set in refrigerator before cooking.
(May use Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs.)
