Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. canned whole kernel corn, well drained
vegetable oil for frying
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt onto a piece of waxed paper.
To dry ingredients add eggs and milk in a bowl and beat lightly.
Stir in oil and corn.
Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
Drop by tablespoons into hot oil and fry until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
