White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 can walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. brandy
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 lb. S & W fruit mix
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and extracts.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add into the mixture.
    Beat egg whites and mix into batter.
    Add 1/3 cup brandy.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Temperature can be raised to 300\u00b0.
    Makes 4 loaves.
