Shrimp And Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined, cooked and chilled
1 (8 oz.) container creamed cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. creamed horseradish
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. catsup
4 large lettuce cups
8 tomato wedges
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Cut shrimp into bite size pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix together shrimp and other ingredients and chill until serving time. When ready to serve, heap shrimp mixture on lettuce cups.
Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley sprigs.
Makes 4 main course servings.
