Fresh Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raw cranberries
    1 (3 oz.) box cherry gelatin
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 ground orange, rind and all (remove pulp and end sections)
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water; add drained pineapple juice.
    Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water.
    Pour into hot gelatin mix and stir.
    Add sugar.
    While cooling, grind cranberries, grind orange, chop celery and pecans; stir into gelatin mix, along with crushed pineapple.
    Chill until mixture sets.
    Can be molded or put into a serving dish.
