Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 to 4 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs to mixture.
    In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and nuts.
    Mix dry ingredients with banana mixture.
    Pour in loaf pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
