Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. cooked corn
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add milk, egg and butter.
Add corn last.
Stir only enough to mix ingredients.
Fry by spoonfuls in deep fat until brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Makes 14 to 16 fritters.
