Venison Sausage Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first 11 ingredients.
    Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Brown well in butter, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Arrange on serving dish.
