Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 hot Italian sausage links, broken up
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 pinch of oregano
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 cans Mexican style tomatoes, chopped
    8 oz. uncooked macaroni noodles
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions on box; set aside. Saute onions and celery in margarine until transparent.
    Add turkey and broken up sausage; simmer for 8 minutes.
    Add mushrooms; simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add noodles and mix well; spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Heat in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
    This can be made ahead of time.
    Also leftovers can be frozen.
