Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    5 green onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 c. S&W cajun sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. raw medium size shrimp, shelled and deveined
    2 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    In a large skillet saute mushrooms and green onions in butter for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add tomato, lemon juice, salt and S&W Cajun sauce; heat to a boil.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.
    Stir frequently.
    Boil rice on side, by package directions.
    Serve over rice.
